today, for the first time in about two months, former Vice President Joe Biden appeared in a public event. He and his wife, Jill Biden visited Wilmington Memorial Park to lay a flower wreath to observe Memorial Day, (yes, that's today if you have forgotten) afterward walking away hand-in-hand. This was a very brief appearance, lasting only minutes. He said when at this event that it "feels good to be out of my house."
